Low SWR's galore!

Assembled the antenna, raised it to were the tip is about 31 ft. next to my metal garage. I set the SWR's by taking it up and down about 4 times. I ended up with 2.1 on 25.615 and the same for 30.105. On channel 20 in the 27Mhz range the swr needle barley moves. This is truly a broadband antenna. Would buy another if something happened to this one. HAL
