Good light duty rack
Pros; Price, and quality is good for the price, it's very light, it's not the strongest (it's mild aluminium) but it's adequate for most everyday things. And it's a bolt-on type so it won't get nicked from a secure seat post.
Cons, well, I'd rather have paid a bit more for a stronger alloy material, if anything.

Strongest deterrent at this price
It's a Kryptonite U-Lock. That is enough to deter the most determined. I have piece of mind, that's the job. Of course, the cable you get with it just goes straight in the bin, because cables are useless. So i'd rather not have paid for it. But at this price, i arguably didn't. It's not unbreakable, so you have to fill it up with plenty of frame and wheel, or whatever, so nobody can squeeze a bottle jack in there. And i don't understand why Kryptonite charge three times the price for 40 percent thicker wire. But the lighter weight helps carrying it - the bracket is good, though i used an extra couple of washers to stop it rattling.
