Disappointing as a mop and broke as a handheld
It should have been first and foremost a steam mop and a hand held steamer second. But the mop never got very wet. It only wet the floor in the spots where the rag attached to the mop head, and even then it didn't do a very good job. After I tried mopping my floor with the steamer, I went over it again with a wet paper towel and it still picked up dirt (picture attached). I really liked the black light and how it highlighted spots on my floor, like spilled milk and such. But I was disappointed in how the mop didn't clean up even those easy spots. As a handheld steamer it worked pretty well, until it broke after 3-4 uses. It cleaned grout great. My upholstery it didn't clean so well but that could have been because my stains are too set in. The window squeegee I was really impressed with but that is when it broke! The little attachment just snapped and I don't feel like I was using undue pressure. I waited months before buying and finally receiving my steamer so, yes, I'm disappointed.
