  This item was delivered quickly and the product works as advertised by Apple. However, the seller failed to either describe or take pictures of damage (deep surface scratches) to the item, but instead wrote a description implying it was a private sale . Upon receiving the item and raising the issue of damage with the seller, I was told it must have happened during packing or unpacking. When checking the seller s details, I noted there were many similar items on sale. Completely DISINGENUOUS!

  Hi,It’s hard to see the small marks on the picture as it’s black colour, I have offered you for a free collection and full refund which you rejected, what else I could have done to make you happy? I never had a bad experience like this, as a seller we have no choice sometime to deal like this. If you are not happy then just return the item it’s that simple!! God bless!!
