For the price-excellent

This is written by someone who has used professional auro/opthalma-scopes for many years. This was bought to replace my old set, to be used "at home" This is a perfectly adequate diagnostic set for examining the ear canal but the ophthalmascope is not so good. The light produced is a small disc but it is bright and there is no dimmer. This makes it a little painful on the receiving end. The view of the front of the eye and anterior chamber is good but I have not managed to view the fundus/retina clearly. As the optics seem sound, I think this is due to the brightness of the light constricting the pupil. I would be cautious buying this product if you need to examine the retina.

Catches moths!

Have used this in all clothing/fabric cupboards/drawers, renewing every 3-5 months-catching lots at start,now not catching any! I assume we have reduced the population to close to zero!

Good quality, low odour but runny enough to spill out of tin.

Good product, lights easily and lasts as long as claimed. Low odour etc. However, it is a colourless gel, which is much runnier than St*rn* and spills easily out of the tin. Caught me out first tin as I was expecting something like the "pink stuff". Lack of colour makes it difficult to spot if you have to clear up. Spill risk stops me giving it 5*'s
