Helped me decide against doing a Keto diet
Lots of recipes and good meal planner. Print quality is good. I bought this book wanting a published/reliable source of information on the Keto diet and a meal plan to get started. But I found the meal plans to be too low in calorie over a whole day for me. Perhaps you can't reach a state of ketosis without going extreme low calorie but if that is the case then I think this diet would need to be done under medical supervision. This book helped me decide against doing the keto diet.
