Did the job perfectly.

Will not buy this product again.

This recorder is good to record programs manually by pressing the red record button for instant recording. But I found it impossible to recored with timer programming. I entered the start and end times, the channel, and the day, the program was set to record. On trying to play the recorded program the next day. I found that no program was recorded. I tried few more times to no avail. I think that the problem lies with the remote as 80% of the buttons do not work.
