  Seller is lovely good communication. Unfortunately labels mixed up and received the wrong perfume which I've now sent to the right person. That person has received my item but is claiming they haven't got it despite tracking saying delivered,so I've lost out but unfortunately there's nothing that can be done.

  My parcel was sent to the wrong address. That person was given my details by the seller . That person left feedback Inferring/ accusing me of having received their parcel but not admitting it.
