  Finally arrived, seller despatched same day as ordered, but Parcelforce were woefully inadequate. 3 consecutive days it was scheduled for delivery, but when my time slot arrived tracking stated that I had requested a change of address and the parcel was back in their depot! No explanation given by their customer services when contacted, and when it was finally delivered the driver ( same one assigned to it every day) denied any knowledge of it. Bit of advice, don't use this Mickey Mouse outfit
