Makes me feel weird, not calmer.
I don't feel so good for a few hours after taking it. I don't really notice any calming, because the way it makes me feel makes me anxious. Can't really say it's working for me. I took it for a couple of weeks. Took the dose of 2 at the same time, and then tried taking 1 in the morning and 1 in the late afternoon. I'm not really noticing any calming effect so far. Don't know if I'll continue trying it at this time.
