Great value / easy install.
Fits 2020 Toyota RAV4 Hybrid XLE. Best to use a floor jack to support / lift the hitch in place. Remove stickers from both sides and clean with WD40. Then was able to balance / fish the hitch in place without moving the exhaust. Put in the four bolts and got the hitch installed in less than an hour by myself (not a mechanic). If you have a 2020 RAV4 this is the hitch to get.

Great value!
This was a used dock that other than a few minor signs of wear almost looked like new. Came in its original packaging with all the cables / power supply. Unboxed / hooked the unit up via single USB 3.0 cable to the Windows 10 PC and started using all the port capabilities. Windows 10 automatically installed the ports / drives, the unit just worked.
