I don't buy that much on eBay but, when I do, I am a fast payer (usually straightaway, unless technology dictates otherwise!). All I ask is you let me know sooner rather than later if you have a problem despatching an item. Thanks :)
If I am selling, I try to despatch an item within 24-48 hours depending on the item type (personalised items may take longer). If your item is received damaged, please let me know as soon as possible. I will try to replace with the same or similar item or refund if replacement not possible (e.g. one-off makes or no suitable alternative). And please do contact me with any questions, I am always willing to help!
