Good but should be better
2 of 2 found this helpful Refurbished products should be reset to factory before sending out. I had quite a hassle getting mine connected to my wifi because it was trying to connect to a previous service.
Also, the siri often tells me that I will have to use my device (iPhone) for a command or function, and there's no consistency to why that happens.

Great product
I also have the previous model, in black, but I like this one better for the looks, and the higher watt output.
