AIR FRYER COOKBOOK Simple And Amazing Guide To Delicious Frying Recipes Book

Was looking for a good air fryer cookbook. This is not it.
Not much of a cookbook. No photos, recipes clearly relate to only one type of air fryer and don't have versions for fryers that stir etc. Very meat oriented and very uninspiring recipes. Plus all the measurements are in American so it's no use in the UK anyway (I really should have picked that up from the food-bloggy self-promotion and "this is a great book" marketing). The only good thing I can say is that it was cheap, so I didn't waste too much money.

Not his best work
Nigel Neale wrote some of the very best TV sci fi drama ever made. This is not one of them. Terrible idea, badly executed.
