They managed to deliver to the wrong address at a property that has unfortunately been unoccupied for several years and so was unrecoverable. The supplier was helpful in trying to find the item, but once it was clear that recoverry of the parcel was not possible they promptly refunded. I can conclude that they are a reputable supplier that takes care in helping
