Solid construction
Product seems adequate for the application, but it could use some better documentation in the packaging to clearly identify contacts when soldering leads to socket.

Intermittent signal failures inside sealed box.
It appears that this unit has some internal problems. I'm guessing that there's an intermittent connection failure causing losses of video sync.

Quality adapters.
Although these aren't "high-tech" items these are high quality connectors at a decent price. I recommend them.
