Shame they are not still being made.
2 of 2 found this helpful Quad 303 amplifiers are probably one of the best made in the past 50 years. They do require servicing on a regular basis, (10yrs). I have three they have all been rebuilt by Amplabs using modern components giving them clarity and a new lease of life. To bring them into the 20th centaury the face plate has been replaced with gold phono and banana sockets along with a high quality IED connector makes a big difference. Would I change, probably not as they are the most stable platform to drive in my mind the best speakers ever made, Quad ESL57's of which I have 4.
