Sturdy knee support.
I've had to give in and accept that I need a knee support. I love aerobics but I have a ligament problem. This is really sturdy and I'm hoping this will allow me to go back to my classes without flaring up an old injury.
The straps are really stretchy and sturdy and adjust to all sizes.

Zoe Lucker's Little Black Dress Workout (DVD 2003)
4 of 4 found this helpful I bought this DVD for around 50p, what a bargain! I've just cancelled my gym membership and ebay reaaly is the place to grab bargain fitness videos.
I remebered seeing this workout video from Zoe Lucker (Tanya from Footballer's Wives)advertised a few years ago and fancied it. When browsing through the fitness videos i saw it and thought what have i got to lose!
I was so pleased to receive it and put it on straight away!
Not only was it fun fun fun, it was quite straightforward to do, unlike some i've purchased recently! The music is really funky and its based on dancing, which i love. It also has a cardio kick boxing section which is brilliant, gets your heart racing! At the end is a yoga section to stretch and relax.
This was the best workout DVD i've ever purchased, it's wicked! And fun!
And the best bit......it is divided into sections so if you can't be bothered to do it all or haven't got time, you can pick and chose what you'd like to do!

A great chick flick.
1 of 1 found this helpful I am a big fan of Drew Barrymore's movies. I'd seen this film on TV on a boring sunday evening and it really touched me. So i thought i'd find a copy for me to keep, for a bargain price from ebay.
It's a romantic comedy with Drew Barrymore playing the main character Lucy, who had a car accident leaving her with short term memory loss. Every night when she goes to sleep she forgets everything and wakes up with only the memory of the morning before her accident. Everyday she goes to the same diner for breakfast and meets Henry (Adam Sandler)who falls in love with her, but of course she forgets him when she goes to sleep. It's really funny to watch him try woo her everyday, sometimes successfully and other times he falls flat on his face.
It has some really funny characters in, especially Henry's best friend, who has a funny eye, he really gets the best lines. Its setting is beautiful, in Hawaii, and Drew looks amazing with her long blonde beachbabe hair with the most beautiful tropical flowers placed behind her ear. It really makes me want to jump on a plane and go there.
If you are feeling really crappy, grab a glass of wine and put this film on, it makes you feel a million dollars. It's funny, romantic, feel good, and sad in some places (get some tissues at the ready!)
