Great product
Initially left it in for four hours but it went a little red. Now I leave it on for two hours and it goes brown and covers all my grey. Great to find something with no chemicals in it

Not new
I could tell by the way that the mouse was packaged that it wasn't new. The wire was slightly discoloured which happens through use. The mouse developed a fault with in a couple of days and I wonder if this is why it was 'sold on'
