Item as described and working well for now. Despatched very quickly which was most appreciated. The packaging was not great though, just loosely wrapped in a piece of cardboard that wasn't big enough, so one end had no protection at all. I'm amazed there was no damage to the item, but it seems to be working well for now. Aside from that, good price and very fast service, so recommended.

The rudest seller on Ebay that I have ever come across. Monitor was badly packaged and did not work on delivery - tested within 30 mins of arrival. The seller then tried to tell me that I had no idea what I was doing - even though I have worked in the broadcast industry for 35 years, and use similar monitors every day of the week! I also noticed that there were clear signs that the monitor was not as described in other ways too. Others have said it previously - AVOID THIS SELLER.

VERY DISSATISFIED! The item was in a very poor stare of repair, with broken bits and not the item advertised. Despite photographic evidence, the seller refused a return until we pointed out that the serial number shown on the item photos was not the same as on the item received. The refund was slow and missing the postage I had initially paid for delivery. For £69.99 I expected the correct item and as identified in the photos. All together a miserable and stressful experience. Beware!
