Dried up, unusable clay

The clay I received was dried up and therefore completely unusable. Even tried softening it with a bit of water but to no avail. Had to bin it straightaway and buy a replacement from somewhere else which was cheaper and much better quality.Extremely disappointed to receive such a bad quality product for the price paid.
