first decent pencil we have found in a long time
We have been trying to find a replacement tailor's pencil for years, and the only one that we have that we like is now so short that it is almost gone. We have tried all sorts of apparently similar products, but they have never worked as well. All we wanted was a thin line, in a chalk that would transfer onto the fabric easily and brush off when we were ready.
We tried traditional tailor's chalk (ok but a bit crumbly, difficult to maintain a thin line and very hard to accurately mark a point as it is so large and blunt); various pencils (all seemed to have leads that were too hard, so that you had to press really hard to make any mark on the fabric, which in turn would move and wrinkle what you were trying to mark); and chalk wheels (these never worked as well as they should have done, because they left a thin dusting of chalk in an approximate line, which had vanished by the time you so much as breathed on the fabric).
This pencil overcomes all those problems. The chalk is soft enough to leave a clear line without having to press on the fabric, and solid enough to stay there until you have finished with it. It is narrow enough to be able to draw a clear line or mark a small point. It is easy to hold and use, and the different coloured chalks mean that you can use it on pretty much any fabric.
Finally, we may be able to stop looking and get back to sewing again!

The best correction pen I've used
This is the best correction pen I've ever used. The liquid is a consistent thickness, it flows easily, dries quickly and covers well.

The easiest way ever to learn a new language!
Michel Thomas has found the best system for learning languages that I have ever come across. We now have his French, Spanish and Italian CDs, and within just a few minutes of starting them it is possible to begin to function in the language.
Obviously a little effort is required, but it really is a very small time to invest for such a huge result. I love the way that he relates the new things to vocabulary and parts of the language that I already know, so the transition from native tongue to new language is made as easy as possible.
I recommend them to everyone I know who is wanting to learn a new language, and have never yet had someone come back to me with anything less than full praise.
