The Kensington Trackball, is different to the usual, but really good.
Took a bit to get used to, but once I got the hang of it, it's better than the usual. Plus, no mouse mat needed.
I bought this, to avoid my leaning on the heel of my hand.
Only negative I can think of, is that the ball can detach, if it falls off the desk, for example.
