  I am sorry but the picture you sent you hadn't even taken the item out of the bag, i offered you a refund and the item to be returned. as for the hairs on the item i don't have any animals in the household, yes i admit it was late getting sent to you and i apologised for that, it was Christmas and was a busy time.
