  after taking delivery of this scooter I had a problem with it , the batteries were not any good . I telephoned the seller and was local within ten he was with me and offered to refund me or replace the batteries, I thanked and chose the batteries , he went off to the main dealer and was soon back with two new boxed batteries . would recommend this gentleman without hesitation .
