  Unfortunately the unit didn't meet the working specs in the description. This was confirmed by the sellers tech person who's reason for my locked unit was because I had gone outside the parameters of the unit where as I was within the parameters of the specs in the discription. On my last request to give me a solution to avoid returning the unit that did work well when used with a test source that did meet the parameters to see the unit in action. After 3 days and still no reply .

  I was surprised when only the Knobs arrived as the description and picture was of the whole clamp. I realise now that why the price was so cheap. The seller offered a partial refund and I ordered another 8 knobs . I accepted the refund and waited for my second order to arrive but was surprised when I received refund for that order. I messaged them again saying ! guess I won't be getting the £2 refund or 8 knobs and they said the knobs were on the way. I now have to pay them for the 8 less the £2
