Ticks all the boxes.
A good solid box spanner. Some box spanners do not stay on the nut well enough but this is just the job. Good strong bar with it too.

Comes incomplete
These blades look good and I guess the quality may be satisfactory but unfortunately the blades come without the parts necessary to attach them to the wiper arm thereby making them a complete waste of money.
