  Order not tracked, just relying on vendors dates when I questioned the original delivery date. Each time I advised the goods had not arrived on the date they told me he said " don't worry it will be with you tomorrow". This continued for a number of days and still no order arrived !! . Eventually the order arrived late one evening nearly a week after the original date given when ordered. Will not use this vendor again.

  Hello, we are truly sorry for your experience and we admit the mistake was fully in our hands. We are now adding tracking to all our orders and have changed our system to better fulfilment of our orders and also faster shipping. But you have to remember that we are human and make mistakes.

  Item not as described – wrong photo The item I received didn't match the photo in the listing, which was confusing since it arrived in an Amazon box. The seller processed a refund quickly with no issues, which I appreciate.
