  Item not as described – wrong photo The item I received didn't match the photo in the listing, which was confusing since it arrived in an Amazon box.   Order not tracked, just relying on vendors dates when I questioned the original delivery date. Each time I advised the goods had not arrived on the date they told me he said " don't worry it will be with you tomorrow". This continued for a number of days and still no order arrived !! . Eventually the order arrived late one evening nearly a week after the original date given when ordered. Will not use this vendor again.

  Hello, we are truly sorry for your experience and we admit the mistake was fully in our hands. We are now adding tracking to all our orders and have changed our system to better fulfilment of our orders and also faster shipping. But you have to remember that we are human and make mistakes.

  Very good quality Pristine condition A little expensive compared to others But on the other hand it came 2 days late when I needed it to come on the 3rd but came on the 5th which was way to late and did not update me on the delivery time or why is was so late
