Used MXR M101 Phase 90 Phaser Guitar Effects Pedal

Works great on bass guitar

MXR Phase 90 adds a really nice subtle texture to your bass tone. I didn't notice any significant loss of the low end. I liked it best on the lowest setting first quarter of a rotation. All the way on gives you a cool wobble. Just not what I was looking for. Well made and I love the orange. Get one plug it in be happy. Recomended.

Subtle

Very subtle. I think it's a nice well built pedal and I like the simplicity. But I would have preferred it to be a little less subtle. Like anything depends on what you are looking for. If you want to dial in a surf old garage kinda sound I think there might be better options for you. I should mention that I am using the pedal on bass guitar so YMMV.

Does not fit well.

Does not fit well on 2013 mim fender jazz bass. Guard looks good, is made in the USA which is a plus in my opinion, screw holes line up well...and then you are left with a gap between pickguard and chrome control plate😕. Gap is large enough so you can see route and wiring underneath. Put original guard back on.
