It can work with not so serious nee pain, but not as good with severe nee pain unless you get plenty of rest and therapy.
when I was 13 years younger working at a golf course, I learn of Vital 3. So I tried it and from my knee's hurting a little to jog . So in about a week and half, I almost had no nee pain and I was running on the golf course with ease. I am 58 now and my needs are somewhat worse because on not having a car for two years. I walk to much daily. I walk a lot at my work. I was limping so badly. So I started to take Osteo Bi-Flex with turmeric, and Vital 3. I am also prediabetic and have nerve pains on my ankles and feet. My knees hurt all the time. Now after 2 months, I can walk better and straighter. No limping but I walk with a normal stride. It took more than a month to get the benefits but it is a slow healing proccess. I am homeless so I can't do many things like soak my feet, lazer or heat therapy rest my feet for two days or three days off , yoga or some form of therapudic stretching. But I will stay on this regiment.

My Sony was purchased in Black. This little Sony will not dissappoint. Good little radio.
1 of 1 found this helpful Bought this this year early January 2019. For being light in weight I thought is was a cheesy radio. Well being homeless for a time, here in October of this year it stills performs very good. Reception is still sharp and quality of sound very good. I dropped it about 6 times and nothing on the radio chipped off or cracked. Shell casing is solid and radio still turn on and reception the same. This Sony portable took a beating, and I always put it inside my notebook purse and zip up when not in use. The only thing is the silver logo on front of radio faded. If I would buy this again, I would buy 4-5 to send as a gift, and put some away for the future. Sony is a always trusted brand and made very well.
