Nice book, good healthy plant based recipes

Nice book, wholesome ingrediants with a number of 'raw' recipies

I thought the book would be vegan as most of the things the guys cook/ make online are. It isn't and lots of the cake recipies contain high numbers of eggs (I think this is so there is less or no flour) the book isn't marketed as vegan and I could use egg replacement but I prefer not so probly won't try those recipies. But there are some fab recipies and the seed/ snack bars look delicious! Nice photography, yummy recipies, wholesome ingtedients and the story of how the guys started out was quite nice too.

Nice product, could be made more comfortable with some paddling

Nice product, you can feel the wires running throughout though and it's not at all padded (and pads to prove comfort are not allowed on top, unsure if this is because the heat won't penetrate or if it's an over heating risk as all the instructions say is DO NOT COVER......) nice cosy temperature.
