All items are Dispatched within Three clear (working) Days of payment received to my Bank, not inc Bank Holidays this can be up-to +5 days from customers payment.
Dispatch days are Monday Wednesday & Friday for courier collections.

UK Couriers do not offer cover for Glass & Canvas works, substantial packaging is used and offers adequate protection with normal handling.
There are occasions when Courier employees are simply far from respectful of products, their actions are beyond senders control & I request you allow us time to sort any issues.
Items beyond the couriers standard acceptance are offered with 1-2-1 delivery this service guarantees safe receipt. it may not be available for your location please enquire.

actually works !
Eco-Fan being the original had me doubting this item for the price (1/3rd Eco) within two days the house was notably warmer and part of the open plan room was the warmest its been in Three Years ! if you have doubts put them aside as this item will pay for its self within one season. no noise other than the gentlest sound, when running full speed on a blazing burner.
