Tinkerbell - a lively engaging game for girls
This is an excellent role playing game for girls.
Basically you are living the life of Tinkerbell, helping to change the season, repairing items for your friends, doing favours and delivering parcels. there are five mini-games; racing Vidia the fast-flying fairy: spinning silk with Fawn the animal fairy: painting ladybugs with Rosetta the flower fairy and jewel hunting with Iridessa the light fairy. The last minigame is hidden and is accessed at certain times or through secret areas, lots of fun to find.
Along the way you can collect sparkles, items that you pick up that are useful to other fairies or to make clothing or accessories. Tink gains quite an impressive wardrobe and surplus accessories can be left out for other fairies who reward you with fairy medals that can be spent in the shop.
By doing favours and giving presents you increase the friendship meter and when each one hits 8 hearts you are rewarded with a 'spell' - a numerical code that goes in the queens book and gives you a present.
Overall a varied and engaging game with lots of things going on to keep you occupied - perfect for the pre-teen. However I doubt it would be suitable for younger players as there is quite a lot of reading and a large amount of screens to navigate.

Innovative product
Great idea for keeping yourself seen whilst out jogging - however we got several pairs to attach to roller skates for a skating party - cheaper than light up wheels! Only downside is they send one not one pair, which is a bit daft, like getting one shoelace or one heel grip! Do slide a bit with a lot of movement, there are more expensive ones that attach with Velcro at the front which might have been better, but great for the price.
