Lost 12 pounds in 2 weeks!
My city government has sponsored two groups of 20 city employees to participate in the Colorado diet. Everyone I've talked to has lost at least 20 pounds and some over 40 pounds. I bought the book and am following it on my own and have lost 12 pounds in the first two weeks. The diet is easy to follow and not as restrictive as some diets I've been on. Exercise is just as important as food and they emphasis that.

Work well for knit tops
Knit blouses hang so well on these hangers without leaving a tell-tale bump in the shoulder like other hangers do.

Supports joint helath
I take it every night to give me relief from sore joints and muscles due to age and over use. Can't sleep without it.
