Cheap but you get what you pay for.
2 of 2 found this helpful I used this on a rubber mud flap similar to tyre rubber and even after multiple coats it didn't cover or get close to looking white. It is the cheapest on eBay and perhaps there is a reason for this. I haven't tried any of the more expensive ones.
