First time out using the tap, the whole ...

First time out using the tap, the whole thing blew apart and water went everywhere. The side is only held in place by an O ring and that is what failed. I pushed it all back together and it seems OK. It is however not the greatest quality and I suspect it will happen again at some point. If this happens then I will be changing it for something of more Quality.
