    Not the same item as advertised. Seller advertised item as BluRay Audio item description, but sent the non-BluRay item / regular Blu-Ray item instead. The item as listed has all of the Steven Wilson mixes. Seller sent the basic Blu-Ray SDE Surround Series version. Would not recommend. Too much of this type of erroneous selling happening on eBay, killing its credibility as a viable platform.

    Buyer never contacted us about an issue with the item. Would have gladly worked with them to fix it but they did not respond to our message about fixing the issue. We can't help you if you don't communicate with us.

purchased one of these and within 2 years it had fallen apart. It has a 3 year warranty. The manufacturer did send a replacement but that also failed within 2 years. I contacted the manufacturer and the warranty is good from date of purchase so they will not replace the replacement cover they sent even though it only lasted 2 years. I will not pay a premium price for a product that only lasts 2 years.
