Can't get it to work with Plusnet
0 of 1 found this helpful I have tried and tried to get this working with Plusnet however after a random amount of time the connection will start dropping. Spoke to Plusnet and researched online however I'm unable to resolve so had to revert back to my Netgear router which works fine.

1 of 1 found this helpful After about 10 seconds of use the cable snaps but pressing the button on the bottom doesn't release more cable as the cable has gone within the reel. To fix you have to remove the reel and cover then manually thread the cable back through the hole. I spend more time messing about getting the cable back than actually using it. Really disappointed as I thought Bosch was a good brand.
