  Had to contact seller as item did not arrive as expected, when the item did arrive, the box had a hole & handle was sticking out. Shark itself arrived literally caked in muck & sawdust, disgusting, filthy dirty but working. Literally had to scrape off the muck on the brush access tabs as they were caked solid. Brushes & roller went straight in the bin, thankfully bought for parts which I have stripped down & cleaned, the rest of it is in a black bag in the shed.
