  The item was late being dispatched, it was incomplete and a different model to the description. The seller claimed this was my fault for not looking closer at the photos and disputed this was a reason for a return. They then delayed receiving the return from the courier and didn't issue a refund. This left me out of pocket by £212 for a month until EBay stepped it in.
