one of the few that works on building materials
Because this has different settings you can use it to test how damp plaster/ mortar is, and whether it's drying out. It's quite accurate, gives a good digital %age reading. Most of these cheap meters are designed for testing firewood, this one works well for builders too.

good but hard to set up
bit fiddly to set. hard to locate in tunnel without dropping earth in, and needs to be buried under friable soil to allow trap to work. Unlike scissor traps you have to dig it up to see if it's caught anything. However can't argue with results, it caught the mole!
