Beware Very Short Cable
The item works as a flush valve and was exactly the same as my old one so in that respect it is an excellent flush valve.
Except the cable between the button and the valve was 100mm shorter than my one.
This meant that there was not enough slack in it to operate properly. Kept coming loose from the push button.
The supplier says cable is standard 300mm long. I guess mine was a standard 400mm long when I purchased it some years ago.
Supplier cannot help, suggests I contact the manufacturer to enquire about longer cables.
Did not return it as I fitted the washer from the new unit to my old unit and refitted it to get it working again.
Not a great outcome, a very expensive washer.
Supplier not much help in resolving problem
