It Works!
Could not believe how well this worked for the price, plugged it into the USB port in the glove box (for power only), and connected the short lead from the USB stick into the 3.5mm audio input to the car radio and I now have Bluetooth media streaming audio from my smartphone to the car speaker. Sat Nav directions from the smartphone also works,

Worked first time.
Works very well, had 2 out of 4 colours totally blocked, all perfect now. Recommend you buy more blotting paper as the single sheet supplied is only just enough. You do need to wear the gloves as it can get a little messy!
