good colour design and compact.

I didn't find it easy to use, unlike my other phones so I don't know if a more elderley person would like it. It's very noisy as I haven't easily found the sound cancelation yet. I am able to sent texts with phone, but not able to get replies, this may be to do with Sim card, or maybe phone operation, I don't know yet. I am not an expert so others would have to make their own decisions.
