  BUYERS BEWARE! I had the winning bid on this item, paid for the item, and received a confirmation from Ebay. Shortly after, I received a refund for the item with no communication from the seller. I then saw the item relisted with only a "Buy it Now" price significantly higher than my winning bid. I did contact the seller and was told I was welcome to purchase the item at the higher "Buy it Now" price. I have never left negative feedback before but am quite disappointed with this experience.

  BEWARE. This is the first negative feedback I have left in my 17 years on Ebay. My bid was the highest at the conclusion of an auction. I immediately payed and received an order confirmation. Without reaching out, the seller refunded my money and relisted my item at a higher price. Thinking he might be new to Ebay, I reached out to him. He has been a member since 2017, but claimed to be new. He said: "I WILL NOT SELL THE SHOES FOR THE PRICE YOU PAID." This is a first for me.
