Great water oven -- sous vide
As a medium size water oven - utilizing the sous vide method of cooking it is compact, convenient, and self contained. Having an insulated container with a lid allows temperatures to stay more constant. Heats reasonably quickly and internal temperature gage adjust temperature to stay 1-2 degrees within desired range.

As is - is a great way to sell junk. Putting a couple of batteries in would be all that would be required to see if it was functional-- which it was
