Very good taste

No support from Barnes & Noble
The Nook works fine but it tended to freeze and a reset was needed.
The standard way is no longer possible as Barnes & Noble are no
longer in the UK.
The alternative method does not work so there is a problem.

Useless without battery
It did not work as it came without a battery and charger.
