Quick screen repair!
This was my second order of these units. They make s creen repair much simpler, but it is important to be sure the correct size for your screen frames is ordered. Check closely, there are at least three or four different size combinations.

Still Waitin!
The first order was received in reasonable time. These are very adequate units. I've used them several times before. Nothing .spectacular, just good units.
The current order for another set was made and order certified on June 25.
I have still not received them as of this date, July 6. Not too happy about this.

Wont work - then modify it a little!
1 of 1 found this helpful Bought it for gps use in my Silverado pickup, but it didn't fit very well without raising my phone up too high in front of my windshield. I live in an area where the traffic law bans anything blocking your windshield view." I planned to mount it on the top of the dash and did so after modifying the assembly of the unit. I removed the extension arm from the swivel base, turned it 180 deg. so it would hold the phone carrier much lower. Then, I re-assembled it and mounted on the dash. This change lowered the profile of the cell-phone enough to be acceptable. Everything else is standard. If the mounting adhesives hold well enough, I think it will be a pretty good cell-phone mount for use while driving.
