Cheap and cheerful

Not a usual purchase and was unaware of different elastic widths but could use the plastic strap and button as a replacement for one broken. This worked but the projection at the end needed to be larger as it occasionally detached until secured with thin adhesive tape. The strap material seems stiff. So cannot review it as only part was used and cannot recommend fully nor comment on quality as only part of item has been used.

Does what's needed but think easier operation could be designed

It's an old remote so a detailed analysis won't be useful. Have no experience of latest versions which may have incorporated improvements, but this one is similar to one supplied with a Panasonic VHS/DVD recorder I bought six years ago so I am not hopeful.
