Great Robtic Vacum
Works better than expected, picked up cat hair very well, even picked up some pennies that must have been dropped. Ran it until the battery was low as stated to do in the manual, it cleaned every where in the house and was able to get itself out of tight places with no help.

Great Red Dot / Bad On/ Off Switches
I have another one of these and love it except for the on / off switches, it takes forever to turn and off. And the one I just purchased would not turn off at all, had to remove the battery to do that. Vortex sent me a prepaid return label and I sent it in to them. They called me and confirmed that the switches are defective but they don't have that model anymore so they are sending me a Defender ST as a replacement.
